Putra Villa is one of the older condominiums in Gombak, highly desired for its convenient location just beside the Gombak LRT Station. The result of its excellent location gives this property excellent rental yield at all times, while causing its value to increase steadily as well.
The condominium is also rather well maintained, hence making it highly suitable for both families and long term tenants. There are however some who say that the area is not very attractive as it is surrounded by low cost flats, but its proximity to the train station more than makes up for it.
