Teega is a mixed development spearheaded by developers UEM Sunrise. The project consists of 2 condominium towers named Teega Residences, a serviced apartment tower called Teega Suites, an office tower known as Teega Tower and Teega Walk, a retail centre. Currently, the residential and office towers are ready for sale and ready to move in.
The residential units, Teega Residences and Teega Suites share a total of 1,292 units, with the former having 736 units and the latter 556 units. Teega can be easily accessed via the Lebuh Kota Iskandar route, which also connects to the Sultan Iskandar Highway. Other highways that can be reached from the development include the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway.
