The only setback to the Bukit Gembira condominium is the lack of strata title as the developer is already bankrupt. As such, the condominium is still under Master Title which is a major pain; with no updates to-date. Also mentioned by the resident was that even though the condominium was completed in 1996, the owners only obtained their keys in 1999.
