Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra is an integrated commercial development located near the Bercham interchange of the North-South Expressway (NSE) and in the vicinity of Ipoh Garden, Simee and Bercham, which collectively are known as one of Ipoh’s most bustling business hubs. The development is also reachable via Jalan Bercham. The development’s 34 units of 2-storey shop lots and 33 units of 3-storey shop lots in phase 1 were launched in 2010, while the 33 units of 2-storey shop lots in phase 2 were launched in 2012, with all units selling out. The success of phase 1 and 2 spurred phase 3 of the Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra, which has 66 units of 3-storey shop offices measuring 22’ by 70’, with double-volume ceilings and mezzanine floors. The flexible interior layout of the shop offices allows them to be used for all sorts of functions, be it showrooms, glamorous fashion and beauty boutiques, specialty stores or welcoming food and beverage outlets.
