Taman Bertam Indah is a mixed township of residences and commercial shop offices located in Kepala Batas, on the mainland of Penang. The commercial lots comprise of single-storey shops and double-storey shop offices. The residences on the other hand, are mostly double-storey terraces, with some single-storey units. The properties within Taman Bertam Indah appear to have been around for quite some time and the residential neighbourhoods are not gated and guarded, nor do they enjoy access to any facilities. However, there is a good selection of amenities within Taman Bertam Indah, with eateries, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, clinics, banks and more available at the commercial lots. Schools within reach of the township include SK Bertam Indah, SMK Bertam Indah, SRK Paya Keladi, SRK Bumbong Lima, and SRK Permatang Bertam, among others. Taman Bertam Indah is a little over 15 minutes north of Butterworth town via the North-South Expressway (NSE) and the Butterworth Outer Ring Road. These two main roadways also link to the first Penang bridge and the town of Seberang Perai, about 20 minutes’ drive away.
