CitiZen 2 is the sequel to the CitiZen serviced apartments. Located in Old Klang Road, it has 3 towers, with the highest at 42 storeys. The serviced residence also has 837 units, with over 50 facilities available on four floors.
The serviced apartment has four unit layouts: Type A, Type B1, Type B2 and Type B3. Built-ups for Type A is 725 sf and comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while Types B1 to B3 are 883 sf and equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These units are launched with a price of RM488,800 and the development targets young working adults, mainly those who work at Kuala Lumpur city centre.
CitiZen 2 boasts more than 50 facilities which include, among others, an adventure playground and badminton courts. Located on Old Klang Road, there are tonnes of amenities nearby, thanks to the area being a passer-by township. Within Old Klang Road itself, there are restaurants, factories and service centres that run along the stretch. Nearby townships such as Bandar Kinrara, Puchong town centre, Petaling Jaya, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur city centre and OUG also provide tenants with amenities ranging from restaurants and banks. Over in OUG, residents can visit the Pearl Point shopping centre, which also houses an Econsave for grocery shopping. It is also a stone’s throw away from Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall, as well as IOI Mall. Nearby schools include the VIKAS International School, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Yoke Nam and the International Medical University (IMU).
CitiZen 2 can be easily reached from the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), which has an exit directly leading to the serviced residence. It can also be accessed via other major highways such as the Bukit Jalil Highway, KESAS Highway and the Damansara–Puchong Highway. Public transportation such as buses constantly run along Old Klang Road, which can be an extra option for transport, not to mention that residents also have easy access to KTM and Monorail stations nearby.
