Horizon Suites at Sunsuria City consists of a total of 1,845 small offices/home offices (SoHos) in four towers. Located close to the renowned Xiamen University and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), properties within the vicinity are expected to garner positive demand.

Other than KLIA and Xiamen University, the demand for housing within the area will be contributed by the workforce of the upcoming Digital Free Trade Zone by Alibaba and Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd.
