描述

Impiana Hills is a residential development, a debut development from Land Pacific Development Sdn Bhd. The project will see 2-storey and 3-storey link homes, named Impiana Peninsula and Impiana Garden respectively, as well as a tower, literally named Impiana Tower, dedicated for serviced apartments. The entire development is estimated to be completed by 2019.

There will be 292 units within the residence, of which, 202 are serviced apartment units, 60 are the 3-storey link home units, and the remaining 30 are 2-storey link homes. For the serviced apartments, there are 4 different layouts, Type A1, A2, A3 and A4, starting with a built-up of 1,172 sf and have 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom layouts. All the layouts will come with extra room, except for Type A1. Impiana Peninsula and Impiana Garden, on the other hand, both have fixed layouts with built ups of 1,695 sf and 2,356 sf respectively. Given the sizes of the units, it’s rather clear to see that the project is aimed at working adults, especially those with medium to large-sized families.

There will be centralized facilities for all 3 phases in Impiana Hills, there will also be a clubhouse within the area. Various types of pools, which include an infinity pool and a wading pool, will be included for residents to enjoy. For tenants who are unable to fit in a workout regime outside, a gym will be included. A themed garden, multi-purpose hall, and al-fresco dining facilities are also offered, which will be of convenience for social gatherings.

Tenants will be glad at the fact that apart from the strong security presence, thanks to the gated and guarded system of the development, they will also be staying in an area that is rather quiet. Located next to the golf-club and the mountains on the opposing side, residents will also be able to reach amenities with ease. The Kajang town centre is only a short drive away, where restaurants, mini-marts, convenience stores and offices are located. Tesco Extra Kajang is also nearby, where daily necessities can be picked up. Also neighbouring the hypermarket is KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital.

Impiana Hills can be easily accessed through the Cheras-Kajang Highway (CKE), which is also linked to the SILK Highway. Via these two highways as well, residents will be able to reach other townships such as Cheras, Seri Kembangan, and Semenyih.
