Opal Residensi is a high rise development by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) and is strategically located at Section 7 in Shah Alam. There are a total of 138 units spread out within two tower blocks, the highest being 15 storeys tall. Completed in 2016, the entire development is designed with a theme of green, modern and contemporary feeling, with the concept of using water elements and the usage of pebbles interlocking the pavements to capture an exclusive lifestyle.

The residences have 4 different basic layouts offered, Type A & A1, Type B & B1, Type C, and the Duplex unit. Units within the condominium have built-ups ranging from 1,227 sf to 2,486 sf, averaging 3 bedrooms; while the largest unit, which is the Duplex unit, has 4 bedrooms. The launch price of the units starts from RM601,500 to RM1,236,500, and the homes would be a suitable place for many, such as students, working adults, and small to large-sized families.

Within Opal Residensi, there are also a number of facilities which will be convenient for its tenants. There is a gym and also a swimming pool for residents to have a swim or just to cool off in, as well as a sauna for wellness purposes. Occupants, especially those with children, will be delighted to know that they can send their young ones to the kindergarten within the condominium grounds. At times when it is needed, a laundry room is also present within the premise. For social events and gatherings, there is a multi-purpose hall ready for homeowners.

As mentioned earlier on its location, tenants will be able to reap one of the key benefits of living in Opal Residensi, which is its proximity to many of Seksyen 7’s amenities. Just within walking distance, tenants will be able to find restaurants, a clinic, offices, service centres and convenience stores, just to list a few.

The residences make a good place for investors to convert their units into student accommodation as well, with Universiti Selangor and Universiti Teknologi MARA’s Shah Alam campus being just a stone’s throw away. Tasik Seksyen 7 is a nearby landscaped park which tenants can go to for recreational purposes, with also a youth complex situated nearby. Hospital Shah Alam is also close to the condominium, making emergency situations slightly less worrying.

The North-South Highway (NSE) and Federal Highway are nearby, residents will be able to reach townships in Klang, Setia Alam, Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya via the said highways. Also nearby is the Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway, which can connect some of the towns in the district.
