TTDI Grove is a beautiful township located in Kajang that is set to change the lifestyle trend of the community. It is said that at TTDI Grove, you don’t just live; you pamper yourself with a healthy lifestyle by visiting a pristine haven of lush foliage and natural scenery, where you can be one with nature. The township has a healthy mix of residential and commercial properties, boasting self-sufficiency.
The development of the township will take over 15 phases to complete, consisting of terrace units, semi-detached homes, apartment and commercial hubs. As of end of 2017, there are a few phases left in the town that are still in progress, which include the likes of a 3-storey link homes named Iris, and a Rumah Selangorku Apartment called Emira.
In general, the residential units in TTDI Grove have spacious layouts, averaging 4 bedrooms, making it conducive for all to live in. On the other hand, the commercial units are all 3-storey shop-offices with high ceilings, also very much suitable for various businesses to operate.
TTDI Grove utilizes the lush greenery that Kajang has to offer to their full advantage. With that, they have included central landscaped gardens in every residential phase. Within these central gardens, residents will be able to mingle around with neighbours, whilst the children enjoy at the playgrounds prepared for them. The Iris phase will also get a central lake which tenants can go to for recreational activities, like jogging, picnics or even just for a leisurely stroll.
Although the town has enough commercial units to provide for its residents, its location in Kajang gives more choices of amenities. Within the Kajang district, there are plenty of commercial hubs scattered around a short radius, with amenities such as restaurants, banks, convenience stores, service centres, offices, workshops, and more. Not just that, it is just also a short drive away from Bandar Mahkota Cheras, which houses an AEON Mall.
TTDI Grove can be easily reached through two major routes that sandwich the town, which is the Kajang-Semenyih Bypass and Jalan Semenyih. Another alternative route would be the SILK Highway, providing ease of access to the many established townships, such as Balakong, Bangi, Cheras, and Semenyih.
