TTDI Grove is a beautiful township located in Kajang that is set to change the lifestyle trend of the community. The Iris phase will also get a central lake which tenants can go to for recreational activities, like jogging, picnics or even just for a leisurely stroll.
Although the town has enough commercial units to provide for its residents, its location in Kajang gives more choices of amenities. Within the Kajang district, there are plenty of commercial hubs scattered around a short radius, with amenities such as restaurants, banks, convenience stores, service centres, offices, workshops, and more. Not just that, it is just also a short drive away from Bandar Mahkota Cheras, which houses an AEON Mall.
TTDI Grove can be easily reached through two major routes that sandwich the town, which is the Kajang-Semenyih Bypass and Jalan Semenyih. Another alternative route would be the SILK Highway, providing ease of access to the many established townships, such as Balakong, Bangi, Cheras, and Semenyih.
