The Setia SPICE Arena is also nearby, a popular event venue. D’piazza Mall would be one of the places residents can travel to for their source of entertainment. Pantai Hospital Penang is also a stone’s throw away, in case of emergency situations.

The apartment can be reached via the Jalan Paya Terubong route. For those who commute, there are many bus stops along the route. Villa Kejora can also be reached using the Jalan Tun Dr. Awang route, which connects residents to the Bayan Baru town centre.
