Wayton Court is a 15-storey apartment located in Halaman Burma of Georgetown, Penang. There are 60 units of apartments, each has about 800 sf of built-up area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

It is one of the older apartment blocks found on Penang Island and is accessible by public transport such as Rapid Penang which runs through Jalan Burma, a short walk from the apartment. Halaman Burma, the street leading to the apartment from Jalan Burma, is shared by a few semi-detached houses.

There is a commercial block next to Wayton Court featuring car repair shops, orthodontic clinics and cleaning services. Some of the larger bungalows facing Jalan Burma was also converted to commercial lots, one such is held by RHB Bank as a branch while access to other amenities like restaurants and convenience stores are also convenient, just a short distance from the apartment.

The Adventist Medical Centre, right across the street on Jalan Burma, also offers their long term patients rooms for rent at Wayton Court at about RM70 a day.
