Danau Perintis is a beautiful new condominium that is to be located in a scenery of fresh nature, surrounded by landed properties and overlooking lakes. There will also be the usual facilities of simple pleasure such as a swimming pool, wading pool and reading room, and for sports enthusiasts a gymnasium. Also for the convenience of residents is a launderette. The selling price for a home at Danau Perintis starts from RM350,000. Providing its residents a resort style of living, Danau Perintis is situated within Bandar Puncak Alam which lends its ambience of peace and quiet to the neighbourhood. However, although located in seeming seclusion, Danau Perintis is situated close to many amenities. Within minutes home there are two hypermarkets, Tesco and Econsave. Only slightly further out is Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), and within the neighbourhood many franchised F&B outlets, schools and its like. Connected by the turn road of Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari, getting to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) is a breeze. The Guthrie Corridor Expressway is also easy to get to as is Kuala Lumpur–Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR). There is also the proposed DASH Expressway that is supposed to be built near Danau Perintis. All in all, Danau Perintis is a beatific home for those who work in the outskirts of the city and wish for a beautiful and affordable home from a leading developer.
