Another unique feature of the residence is that it has an orchard situated nearby that occupants can go to.

Despite being rather isolated, the residences are not too far away from Nusajaya, which houses more variety in amenities. Bukit Indah is another township that will be able to supply residents with restaurants, entertainment outlets, and shopping malls such as AEON Mall Bukit Indah and Tesco Hypermarket Bukit Indah. In addition to that, Puteri Harbour is also nearby, with corporate offices and hotels located near the bay. Theme parks such as Legoland Malaysia is are also close to Bayou Creek.

The Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway is one of the major highways that has easy access to Bayou Creek. This allows residents to enjoy shorter travel time to both the Johor Bahru town centre and Singapore.
