Bellevue @ Cybersouth is a range of garden townhouse homes located in the lakeside township of Cybersouth. Though technically located in Dengkil, the development is actually situated on the fringes of Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. The Bellevue precinct features 264 double-storey, stratified units.

When it comes to accessibility, Bellevue @ Cybersouth offers unprecedented connectivity, with a number of important access routes nearby, which are inclusive of the the Cyberjaya-Putrajaya Expressway, linking to the Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP) and the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE). The LDP then connects to the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), while the North-South Expressway (NSE) is accessible via the LDP or the ELITE. Both the ELITE and Cyberjaya-Putrajaya Expressway also lead to the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE).
As such, Bellevue is just 10 minutes’ drive from Cyberjaya, followed by Putrajaya, approximately 20 minutes away. The KL city centre on the other hand, is a 30-minutes drive from the township, while KLIA is also just a quick drive away. To add, Putrajaya Sentral is a mere 7.8km from Cybersouth, where KL Sentral and KLIA are just a 15-minutes ride away on the Express Rail Link (ERL).
