Eminent 213 is supposed to be a majestic high rise of a commercial building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, located between the Bombay Palace restaurant and Dua Annexe, just opposite the Embassy of the United States. The entire building was rumoured to have been sold en-bloc, it is an office building located within a premium location, with easy access to highways and public transportation. Eminent 213 is quite a mysterious project from the leading developer, with barely any news of it online and rumours of its construction being stopped.
