It is also positioned between two other major routes – Lebuhraya Ipoh-Lumut to the west, and Jalan Falim to the east. The former connects to other large residential and industrial neighbourhoods, as well as Lumut, the gateway town to Pangkor Island.

The latter route is the busiest thoroughfare between Menglembu and the Ipoh city centre. Via Jalan Falim, one can reach the city centre in about 15 minutes. FIRST SQUARE’s catchment area is substantial, as it is surrounded by many residential neighbourhoods and the industrial locale of Menglembu, where the PHL Convention Centre can also be found.

Amenities in the vicinity include AEON Big just minutes away and educational facilities like the SEGi University College Enclave. The towns of Silibin and Jelapang are also nearby. However, while the development’s location is indeed attractive, prospective buyers and investors should take note that the 20’ x 70’ shop office units are leasehold.
