Taman Industri Puchong is sited and adjoined to this commercial area. There are ample parking space either at the front and along the wide backlane which is about 40 ft wide. Both loading and unloading can be done either via the Front service road or backlane.
The Subject shop had been renovated with a common office space, 2 office rooms, a Meeting Room and a store.
Both Front and back are secured with metal collapsible gate.
Remark: The existing partitioned rooms are allowed to dismantle.
