The flat land surrounding Jalan Sungai Nyior has been developed not just with commercial properties, but residential properties like freehold terrace and semi-detached houses. Those living or operating their businesses in Jalan Sungai Nyior will also appreciate its proximity to the Raja Uda commercial area and Sunway Carnival Mall in the neighbouring town of Seberang Jaya.
