Pelangi Seri Alam is a residential development project spearheaded by MKH Berhad. The development consists of an apartment complex - Residensi Warnasari, terrace units - Doriz, and semi-detached units. The project was completed in 2015.
The apartment complex consists of 4 blocks, the highest at 7 storeys, consisting of 450 units, all with a standard sizing of 863 sf and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Doriz, the double-storey terrace units consist of 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom units with a minimum built-up of 1,503 sf. The phase also houses 131 units. Located in the heart of Bandar Puncak Alam, tenants of Pelangi Seri Alam will be close to the town centre, which also means amenities at their convenience. Students of Universiti Teknologi MARA Puncak Alam can also consider renting units in the development, with the campus being just a stone’s throw away.
Pelangi Seri Alam can be reached through the Guthrie Corridor Highway (GCE), via Persiaran Puncak Alam. Other townships accessible via the highway include Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam.
