The Loft @ Southbay City is the second phase of the 34.5-acre integrated township of Southbay City, situated in the southeast corner of the Penang Island – an all-suite condominium targeted to complete in 2017. Services and amenities are aplenty in the towns surrounding The Loft like Batu Maung and Bayan Lepas. It is also well-positioned 1km from the Second Penang Bridge, 3km to the Queensbay Mall, which houses anchor tenants like the Golden Screen Cinemas, retailers Harvey Norman and the Borders bookstore, and 7km to the Penang International Airport. Penang’s capital city George Town is also just 15km away.
