The township is easily accessible from the North-South Expressway Southern Route. This expressway connects Sungai Besi to other states such as Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Malacca with ease. The main road in Sungai Besi is Jalan Pasar. It works as the road that leads to the main trading centre in Sungai Besi where many tourists and locals gather to enjoy Sungai Besi’s famed seafood.
Sungai Besi is a district that has a variety of recreational area and tourist attraction. One can enjoy a walk through the beautiful park of Taman Eko Rimba Kuala Lumpur. It is located in 20 minutes away and one can really enjoy the greenery. There is a suspension bridge that tourists can enjoy taking a walk on as they take in the beautiful landscape of the forest below them. Those who enjoy being at a high point and looking down at the forest would enjoy a walk through this park but for those who are afraid of heights, might want to avoid going here alone.
