Wang Commerz is a commercial hub located in the centre of the Pelangi Semenyih township in Semenyih. It consists of 160 units of 2 to 3 storeys shop-offices. Located close to the Semenyih town centre, the area is one of the focal points within the district.
Units in the commercial hub have a built-up starting from 3,300 sf. The area will be great for investors looking to cater to a steady catchment of customers coming from the nearby residential areas.
There are not much facilities provided within the area, especially when it comes to security, as such is the nature of most commercial hubs. However, that can be eradicated with installation of security systems in each individual unit.

Apart from that, the Semenyih Fire Department, Semenyih Police Station and post office are also within a short drive away, which will be convenient during times of emergency.
Wang Commerz can be easily reached via the LEKAS Highway, which also connects the area to other townships such as Kajang, Bangi, and townships in Negeri Sembilan. Other highways that can be used to reach the commercial hub include the North-South Highway (NSE) and SILK Highway.
