Arab-Malaysian Industrial Park is a 400-acre land that houses 200 factory lots in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Developed by Arnica Corporation in 1991, units in the industrial park have built-ups starting from 15,000 sf. As it is an industrial area, these factory units are suitable for investors looking to dwell in the manufacturing business, to have it become an office lot, and also for those who are looking to step foot into sports businesses, as the units in can also be converted into a sports complex, such as a futsal court. The Arab-Malaysian Industrial Park is located right next to the border between Negeri Sembilan and Selangor, thus giving access to a number of amenities from nearby areas of both the states.
