Bhd. was established in 2012 with grand ambitions. With a trio of striking new projects set to debut in the local property market soon, DSG Development Sdn. Bhd. has applied its sizable experience gained from a wide range of fields, with the intention of livering the same hallmarks of quality, reliability and good value in real estate.

Helmed by the founders of De Sheng Global (M) Sdn. Bhd.; Dato’ Tan Buck Lai & Datin Khor Kah Gaik, DSG Development Sdn. Bhd. is based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, where all of its construction projects are currently concentrated. Prior to that, Dato’ Tan and his core-group of business partners were mainly involved in trading, retailing and warehousing, with activities stretching across a broad range of fields including business interests in China.
