Symphony Court is a low rise, walk-up development located at the intersection of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Wawasan Ampang in Bandar Baru Ampang. Symphony Court is also a low cost development with a choice of duplex units mostly on the two upper floors of each block. Flanked by Taman Sri Watan and Taman Seri Ampang, the development is a cosy place surrounded by many amenities and other properties, yet its outlook leaves much to be desired. The building looks old and worn out and in need of a new coat of paint. All the parking bays at Symphony Court are open-air lots facing the blocks and there are not many facilities provided within its compound. These factors are probably the reason behind the affordable rental fees as well as low maintenance fees.
