Albury @ Mahkota Hills comprises landed homes which are set in a neighbourhood of serene greenery in the Semenyih South, Selangor. There are 331 units of single-storey terraces within the gated and guarded precinct, where daily living amidst nature is a certainty.

There are several types of terrace units within Mahkota Hills, with the Albury units being one of the latest additions. The Albury units each occupy 20’ x 70’ plots of land, and come in built-ups of 1,223 sf. The homes consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, where only the master bedroom has an en-suite.

The MARA Japan Industrial Institute is also not too far off, along with the Kolej Professional Mara Beranang. Other amenities can also be found along the main road of Jalan Semenyih, such as mini markets, restaurants and eateries, petrol stations, mosque, post office and the Klinik Kesihatan Beranang.

Accessibility wise, Albury @ Mahkota Hills is located within reach of the Cheras-Kajang Expressway and the Lebuhraya Kajang Seremban (LEKAS). Though geographically located in Negeri Sembilan, the development is actually just slightly south of Semenyih. With that, Kajang and Bangi are a little over 30 minutes away, while Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Puchong, and Seri Kembangan are all about an hour’s drive from Albury and Mahkota Hills.
