Amverton Hills is a residential development located in Sungai Buloh. A product of A & M Realty Berhad, the area will consists of double storey and two-and-a-half storey bungalow and semi-detached units. The project is estimated to be completed by early 2018.

The residences come with various layouts for both the bungalows and the semi-detached units. There are 11 bungalow units within the compound with built-ups ranging from 4,832 sf to 5,355 sf. The units average 5 rooms and an extra room, they are priced from RM2,688,800 to RM5,158,800. The semi-detached units, on the other hand, comes with 3 layouts, Types A, B and C, and are sized at 3,368 sf to 3,370 sf, and all units come with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Just as it’s namesake, Amverton Hills revolve its facilities to work around the element of nature. Being built alongside a natural lake, there is a landscaped walkway for residents to take in breaths of fresh air. The rest of the facilities are centralized within the resident’s clubhouse. A swimming pool is included for tenants to take a dip, and a gym is installed for occupants to stay in shape without leaving home. The closest town to Amverton Hills is Paya Jeras, where tenants can find restaurants, workshops and service centres. Along the stretch of Jalan Kuala Selangor is also where residents can find more automobile workshops, and the Sungai Pelong Police Station.

Amverton Hills can be easily reached via Jalan Kuala Selangor, which eventually connects to the Guthrie Corridor Highway (GCE), the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Highway and the North-South Highway (NSE). These highways will give residents access to other townships, such as Kota Damansara, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Bukit Jelutong and Shah Alam.
