Arte Cheras is one of the most anticipated new developments to be launched. While located in Cheras, it is only minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre. And most importantly, it is being developed by the renowned Nusmetro Group.

The launch prices of these homes are incredibly affordable, with the launch prices having started from RM410,000 for the lowest priced unit. The most expensive unit is priced at approximately RM560,000 placing it within the affordability levels of middle-income earners.

Each unit comes with water heater and vanity top in the bathroom, and a refrigerator, hood and hob, and kitchen cabinet with laminated top in the kitchen. Arte Cheras is a well-located development and is most importantly, a transit-oriented home. Arte Cheras is located within 400 metres from the Taman Midah MRT Station which runs on the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line (SBK Line). Via this line, pedestrians will be able to get to the Kuala Lumpur city centre in less than 10 minutes.
To be more precise, TRX will only be 9 minutes away, and the Bukit Bintang station will be 10 minutes away by train. Getting to KL Sentral, the hub of public transportation in Kuala Lumpur will take 16 minutes, and getting to Petaling Jaya will take only 30 minutes. The TTDI station is 28 minutes away, and the Bandar Utama station 31 minutes.
All in all, Arte Cheras with its location within a matured neighbourhood, great accessibility to public transportation, and easy entry price point makes for a great buy for those looking for a home in the city centre.
