Arte Cheras is one of the most anticipated new developments to be launched. While located in Cheras, it is only minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre. And most importantly, it is being developed by the renowned Nusmetro Group.

Slated for completion in 2021, Arte Cheras is a leasehold Small office Home office (SoHo) development that is suitable to be a home or turned into a home office. The development will comprise a total of 1319 units spread over two blocks of 49 storeys.

Tower A will house 592 units with an average of 15 units to a floor. It is by far the lower density tower suitable for those who desire more privacy. Tower B has a significantly higher density at 727 units with 18 units to a floor.

Buyers will have three different layouts to select from. The smallest unit type is Type 1 which is sized at 868 sf, while Type 2 is slightly bigger at 940 sf. Type 3 is the most spacious unit at 1,013 sf. However, regardless of the size, all the units come with 2 rooms, 1 loft, 1 bathroom and 1 powder room.

The launch prices of these homes are incredibly affordable, with the launch prices having started from RM410,000 for the lowest priced unit. The most expensive unit is priced at approximately RM560,000 placing it within the affordability levels of middle-income earners.

Making these homes even more desirable is that they come partially furnished despite their affordable prices. Each unit comes with water heater and vanity top in the bathroom, and a refrigerator, hood and hob, and kitchen cabinet with laminated top in the kitchen. Washer cum dryers are also provided to each unit, and every unit comes with 4 units of air-conditioner.

Residents will get to enjoy a variety of facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium and barbecue area. Also available for the use of the residents is a multipurpose hall and clubhouse. And located on the 20th to 22nd floor is the Sky Garden, where residents can escape to a little haven of greenery within steps from their home.

Arte Cheras is a well-located development and is most importantly, a transit-oriented home. Arte Cheras is located within 400 metres from the Taman Midah MRT Station which runs on the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line (SBK Line). Via this line, pedestrians will be able to get to the Kuala Lumpur city centre in less than 10 minutes.

To be more precise, TRX will only be 9 minutes away, and the Bukit Bintang station will be 10 minutes away by train. Getting to KL Sentral, the hub of public transportation in Kuala Lumpur will take 16 minutes, and getting to Petaling Jaya will take only 30 minutes. The TTDI station is 28 minutes away, and the Bandar Utama station 31 minutes.

All in all, Arte Cheras with its location within a matured neighbourhood, great accessibility to public transportation, and easy entry price point makes for a great buy for those looking for a home in the city centre.
