Completed in mid 2015, this relatively new property is 18 storeys high and houses a respectable 96 units, making it a low density development. The land itself is a sizeable 3.2 acres.

Three sizes of homes are offered from 1,500 sf, 1,590 sf, and 2,840 sf, housing a standard 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms except for the latter which has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Every floor will house 7 units and 3 car parks will be designated for every unit purchased.

Facilities are actually very generous with a swimming pool, pool lounge, children’s wading pool, sun deck, pool lounge, snooker room, multipurpose hall, gymnasium, meeting room, and table tennis room among others. For the security-conscious there will be a single-point card access system and also 24 hours security with intercom and monitored CCTV.

Amenities are good around the property with the usual cafes, restaurants, clinics, banks, mini markets all placed along Jalan Teluk Kumbar where the property is located. Tons of schools are nearby such as the Sungai Ara Primary School, Chong Cheng Primary School, Seri Relau National School, Fairview International School, and Min Sin Primary School.

Accessibility is also great with D’Zone Condominium being reachable through Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, which will be the main commuting road to the north of the island, the Penang International Airport, and the second Penang bridge. Other major hubs around the area include the Jambul Country Club, Queensbay Mall, University Sains Malaysia, Giant Hypermarket Bayan Baru, Hospital Pantai Mutiara, the Penang International Sports Arena, D’Piazza Mall and Sunshine Square.

D’Zone Condominium looks great and is poised to do very well in the property market due to its location. Jalan Teluk Kumbar itself may be susceptible to moderate traffic leading towards Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, but is still tolerable. The close proximity to the Penang International Airport and the second Penang bridge will give the property much value and appreciation in the future. Both prospects of having it as a home to actually live in or even just for investment purposes will serve buyers quite well.
