Eco Summer is a 200-acre garden-concept residential development situated in Tebrau, Johor, launched at the same time as its 400-acre fraternal twin township Eco Spring and projected to be completed around the same time too, in May 2017.

Once entering the gated and guarded borders of the development, Eco Summer’s 50-foot-wide roads lead past vistas of colourful, summery flowers and vibrant greenery. Residents will also enjoy facilities like a basketball court, playground, function lawn and an outdoor fitness deck with gymnasium.

The Eco Summer development is divided into two halves – the North Garden and South Garden. Both portions offer double-storey link houses in the style of English colonial bungalows and townhouses, with a blend of stately nostalgic architecture and clean, contemporary lines.

Investors and buyers have 7 different designs to choose from. Three of these are located in the North Garden of Eco Summer: The Charlton (20 ft x 80 ft) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The Knighton (20 sf x 80 sf) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and The Alton (22 ft x 80 ft) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Four other designs can be found in the South Garden, namely The Milton (20 ft x 80 ft) and The Belton (20 ft x 80 ft) that have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each, and The Brighton (20 ft x 80 ft) and The Upton (22 ft x 80 ft) with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each.

A network of 20-foot back lane gardens transforms Eco Summer into a neighbourhood with a friendly, communal atmosphere. Certain houses, such as The Milton and The Upton, have ground floor bedrooms that open up to the back lane garden.

The Brighton houses, on the other hand, have expansive elevated alfresco areas hugging the front and back of the house, while The Belton houses have rear balconies that span the entire width of the first floor bedrooms, overlooking the garden. All houses come with large, wide windows and tall ceilings that maximise nature light and ventilation in the house.

The development’s strategic location places it within reach of many amenities like international schools, hypermarkets, retail complexes and medical facilities. Via the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL), major cities like Johor Bahru and Singapore are a 20 minute drive away, while the nearby connection to the North-South Expressway (NSE) eases transit to other parts of Peninsular Malaysia.
