Emerald is one of the development phases located within the new township of Alam Impian, Shah Alam. Spearheaded by Naza TTDI, the development consists of 141 units of 3-storey terrace homes. Within the Emerald residential enclave, residents will be able to catch a glimpse of nature in the concrete jungle, as it is located at the fringe of Shah Alam, close to the Klang River.
There are a total of 4 different layouts for buyers to choose from, with built-ups ranging from 2,509 sf to 2,906 sf. Most of the layouts have 4 bedrooms, 2 extra rooms and 6 bathrooms, while the smallest unit, Type A has 4 bedrooms, 2 extra rooms and 4 bathrooms. Launched at RM825,000 onwards, Emerald is a suitable place for families to live in.
Within Emerald is a large variety of facilities which is all part of a wholesome living experience that Alam Impian wants its residents to have. There is a clubhouse and a multi-purpose hall where social and recreational activities can be carried out. Inside the clubhouse, residents will be able to find a gym, swimming pool and a children’s playground. Gatherings can also be held around the barbecue area. Located in the newly developed Alam Impian township, Emerald lacks amenities at the time being. However, that is compensated by those present in neighbouring townships. Nearby townships like Kota Kemuning will be able to provide residents with an array of amenities. The residence is also close to Bandar Bukit Tinggi in Klang, where more amenities such as restaurants, workshops, offices, cafes can be found. Within the said township as well, there is an AEON Mall and the GM Wholesale Mall where residents can go to do their shopping.
Emerald can be easily accessed via two major highways - the KESAS Highway and the Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway. Via the highways, not only that residents will be able to reach Shah Alam town centre via these routes, but also to other locales of the Klang Valley, such as Subang Jaya, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, and Klang, just to name a few.
