Ken Damansara III (also known as Ken Damansara 3) is the final phase of condominiums of the Ken Damansara high-rise project, it is a freehold condominium nestled in SS2, Petaling Jaya. It was developed by Ken Property and completed in 2008. It is the third condominium development by the developer in the same vicinity. The condominium neighbours Ameera Residences and Jasmine Towers. Ken Damansara III comprises 216 apartment units housed within two 21-storey residential blocks.
Ken Damansara III is situated nearby plenty of amenities. It is within walking distance of the SS2 commercial hub, which consists of a plethora of stores, restaurants, cafes, pet shops, banks, and many others. In addition, there are numerous shopping centers located within short driving distance including 1 Utama, The Curve, Tesco Mutiara Damansara and Giant Kelana Jaya.
The list of in-house facilities here at Ken Damansara III consists of only the basics such as a swimming pool, gym, and children's playground. The development is also situated adjacent to low-cost flats. There was also an incident in 2011 where the walls of the monsoon drain right behind the property collapsed due to soil erosion. Nonetheless, it has been repaired now.
In terms of accessibility, one can access Ken Damansara III via a comprehensive network of roads and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). One can easily reach other locales in the Klang Valley from here. However, do note that roads in SS2 and surrounding areas are congested at most times as it is one of the most popular and well-established commercial areas in PJ.
