Pangsapuri Samudera 1 is an apartment complex in Seri Manjung, Perak. The development is of a high-density one, with 720 units spread across 6 blocks, which are 10 storeys high. Developed by YNH Property, it is strategically located in the heart of the town.
The units come in 3 types of layouts, Type A, B and C, all designed with an eye for space. Type A is the smallest, yet it has a whopping 840 sf, and fits 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type B and C have built-ups of 969 sf and 958 sf respectively, and both have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Priced from RM159,000 onwards, the price will definitely entice young adults, newly-weds, small families and investors. If it’s not enticing enough, the master bedroom opens directly to the balcony, overlooking Seri Manjung town and Lumut.
At such a price tag as well, Pangsapuri Samudera 1 comes with a good amount of facilities, one that can be compared to most high-rises in other regions which come with price tag of two to three times higher. Noting the fact that this apartment is surrounded by developments, the developers made sure that nature is brought in for the tenants. There is a thematic garden and a landscaped area, fitted with a walking path so residents can enjoy it at their own pace. For social activities and recreation, a barbecue area, multi-purpose hall, play areas and children’s playground are included.
Pangsapuri Samudera 1 is the very first gated and guarded community in Seri Manjung, well equipped with 24-hour security. Apart from security worry-free, tenants of the apartment complex need not worry about the lack of amenities, as Seri Manjung town is anything but that. Be it a walk, or a drive away, there are many within reach of the apartment.
Banks, the municipal council, post office and Hospital Seri Manjung is just a stone’s throw away. AEON Mall is slightly further away from the town centre, but it’s still within a convenient distance. Other hypermarkets that are nearby include Tesco Seri Manjung and Giant Hypermarket Seri Manjung. Within the proximity of the 3 malls, there is another hospital, namely Pantai Hospital Manjung.
There is an abundance of restaurants, and townships such as Lumut, Marina Island, and Telok Batik are less than 20 minutes away, which means for other source of amenities and recreational activities. Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Samudera is also within walking distance from the apartment complex, while other schools nearby include Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Sitiawan, Sekolah Kebangaan Seri Bayu and also City Harbour International School.
There are some federal routes that connect to nearby townships easily accessible from Pangsapuri Samudera 1, such as Jalan Iskandar and Jalan Sitiawan, and the Jalan Changkat Jering-Sri Manjung-Kampung Koh route that connects to Kuala Lumpur. The West Coast Expressway (WCE), will also be easily accessible from the apartment once it is complete in 2018.
