In terms of accessibility, Pesara Nipah is located just off Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, which connects to Bayan Lepas about 10 minutes away. Access to the second Penang bridge is also about the same distance away. Heading up north along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah will lead to the first Penang bridge just over 5 minutes away, while Georgetown is also further up, approximately 20 minutes in distance.
