Primo is one of the development phases in the Bukit Jelutong township. A project by Sime Darby Group, the area consists of 2 to 3 storey luxury bungalows and vacant bungalow lots. The bungalows are unique not only because of its size, but also due to its layout, which includes an extra floor in the form of a basement. Primo itself was completed in 3 major phases, labelled Primo I, II and III. It is a low-density phase, with only 99 units in its compound.
Primo I and II are the ready-made units of the development, with a total of 59 units shared between them. Primo I has two layouts, with built-ups ranging from 8,230 sf to 8,319 sf, while Primo II has 6 different designs sized from 7,079 sf to 8,402 sf. Units average 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, and some of them, particularly Type B, D1, E and F1 of Primo II have swimming pools included. Primo III, on the other hand, comprises vacant bungalow lots, with land sizes varying from 9,408 sf to 22,568 sf, and acts as a blank canvas for homeowner to create his desired home.
Built within a gated and guarded enclave, security is key here in Primo, added with 24-hour security patrol. With safety and luxury combined, there is nothing else but a comfortable living environment for tenants and their guests to enjoy. Apart from that, there are a lot of landscaping done within the phases, residents will be able to walk around lush greenery, and take their minds off the hectic living lifestyles for a while.
Living in the residences also brings tenants closer to a wide variety of amenities. The nearest hypermarket, Mydin Bukit Jelutong is just a short drive away, where tenants can do their grocery shopping and buy their daily necessities. Apart from that, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Jelutong and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Jelutong are located nearby, giving two convenient options for residents to send their children to.
The Guthrie Golf Academy Pitch and Putt Course is nearby for some recreational activities, while the Bukit Jelutong town centre will be able to provide other amenities, such as restaurants, cafes, offices, entertainment outlets, service centres and workshops.
Primo has direct access from the Guthrie Corridor Highway (GCE) and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), which is able to bring residents to other townships, such as Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang and Setia Alam.
