Residensi Inspiria is an upcoming residential development under the Federal Territory Affordable Housing (RUMAWIP) programme. Located along Jalan Gombak, it is developed by Alma Ventures Development. It will replace the Gombak wet market, or better known as Pasar Besar Gombak.
This project is built on a 3.977-acre leasehold land, comprising a 44-storey apartment standing next to a 9-storey commercial lots that belong to DBKL. It houses 900 units of apartments that have a built-up size of 815 sf each. All of the units are featured with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each unit comes with one parking space. If there is a need for more, one can buy the lot from the management. As for the launching pricing point, it differs according to the floors they are on, which starts from RM 265,000 onwards, with a cap of RM300,000.
