Residensi Inspiria is an upcoming residential development under the Federal Territory Affordable Housing (RUMAWIP) programme. Located along Jalan Gombak, it is developed by Alma Ventures Development. It will replace the Gombak wet market, or better known as Pasar Besar Gombak.
