Rica Residence is part of the developing skyline of Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. Upon its completion the year 2021, Rica Residence will add 473 serviced residences to the Sentul property scene, all within a 39-storey tower. Mont Kiara is also about the same distance away, by Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim. Other major routes within proximity of the property include Jalan Ipoh, Jalan Sentul, Lebuhraya Duta - Ulu Kelang, and Jalan Segambut. With that, the Putra World Trade Centre is a mere 8-minute drive away, while SOGO KL is just over 10 minutes away. Suria KLCC is about 13 minutes in distance, followed by the Publika Shopping Gallery in Mont Kiara, roughly 15 minutes from the residence.
