Royal Oak is an apartment development in Kuching, Sarawak. Located in Jalan Stutong Baru, the development consists of low-density apartment complexes that stretch up to 7 storeys high. This project is estimated to be completed by the year 2019.

The apartment has 8 unit layouts to choose from, with 4 of them being standard-sized apartment and the other 4 are penthouse units. Of the 8 layouts, Type A, B, C, and F are standard units while Types D, D1, E and G are penthouses. The standard units sport an average of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a built-up ranging from 1,237 sf to 2,205 sf.
