Royal Oak is an apartment development in Kuching, Sarawak. Located in Jalan Stutong Baru, the development consists of low-density apartment complexes that stretch up to 7 storeys high. This project is estimated to be completed by the year 2019.

The apartment has 8 unit layouts to choose from, with 4 of them being standard-sized apartment and the other 4 are penthouse units. Of the 8 layouts, Type A, B, C, and F are standard units while Types D, D1, E and G are penthouses. The standard units sport an average of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a built-up ranging from 1,237 sf to 2,205 sf. The penthouse units on the other hand, has an average of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and are sized from 4,422 sf to 5,982 sf. Royal Oak boasts not only in-house pools, but a large pool deck in the centre of the apartment complexes. Other facilities include a fitness centre, kid's pool, lounge and laundry area. There is also a children’s playground for the young ones to enjoy, with ample space around for parents to linger around, keeping a watchful eye out for their children. The apartment complex also boasts a 24-hour security system, with a guardhouse located at the entrance itself.

Royal Oak is not only luxurious, but strategically placed. Residents who are constantly working overseas, or outstation would be delighted to know that they are situated minutes away from the Kuching International Airport. The apartment complex, though placed slightly in isolation, is close to a few amenities along the Jalan Stutong Baru stretch. A business hub located nearby houses restaurants, cafes and offices. There is also the Everrise BDC which is just a short drive away, which has similar amenities such as pharmacies, banks, a supermarket and a few shops.

The apartment complex can be easily accessed via the Jalan Penrissen federal route, which connects to other areas of Sarawak like Kota Padawan, Siburan, and Kota Samarahan.
