Sekata Vista is a development of landed residences located in Sepang, Selangor. Comprising a collection of just 20 bungalow homes within a gated and guarded enclave, the development is one which exudes exclusivity, while ensuring privacy and security, spanning 3.93 acres of freehold land.
Designed for comfortable living while remaining true to modern aesthetics, the Sekata Vista homes are sophisticated, with the use of sleek lines, glass windows, and louvre detailing on the exterior. Though Sekata Vista does not offer facilities within its confines, amenities are aplenty within reach given its strategic location near Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. Commercial shop lots in the vicinities house convenience stores, mini markets, supermarkets, restaurants, eateries, clinics, and more. Sekata Vista is also the ideal place to settle down for families, given the range of nurseries, schools, and higher learning institutions in the area. These include SK KLIA Sepang, SMK Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, SMK Seri Sepang, INTI International University, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, as well as the UniKL Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology. To add, the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA 2 are also just a quick train ride way from the Salak Tinggi KLIA Transit Station.
Accessibility to and from Sekata Vista is also highly convenient, with a range of highways just a quick drive away. North of the development is the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), which connects to the North-South Expressway (NSE) eastwards, and the KLIA Expressway Extension in the other direction. Down south of the KLIA Expressway Extension is KLIA and KLIA 2, about 20 minutes from Sekata Vista. Further west along the ELITE is the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). With that, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya are about 30 minutes’ drive away, while Nilai southeast of it is a mere 15 minutes away. The KL city centre on the other hand, is approximately an hour’s journey away.
