Setia Alam may still be developing, but despite being in a rather isolated area, the commercial hub is surrounded by a healthy variety of amenities, with the neighbouring Tesco hypermarket being one of them. Another hypermarket nearby is Giant Klang Sentral, which is only a 5 minutes' drive away. A 6-minute drive brings tenants to another commercial hub with more amenities, especially banks and restaurants. The same area also hosts the Setia Alam Night Market, something tenants can look forward to after a long day at work.

Investors will be encouraged by the fact that the area is surrounded by residential areas, which translate to having a steady flow of profit. There are two educational institutions that are close to Setia Avenue, namely Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) Setia Alam and the Asia College of Exercise and Sports Medicine, which are 2 minutes' and 6 minutes’ drive away respectively.

There are two major highways easily accessible from the commercial hub. The Setia Alam Highway, which connects the whole of Setia Alam to places like Shah Alam, as well as the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) which is just 4 minutes away. The Federal Highway, which connects Setia Avenue to Klang, Setia Alam, Subang, Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, is only 6 minutes away by car. The ease of access from these major highways will be one main attraction point for investors who are looking to invest in a unit in Setia Alam.
