Suria Residence is one of the newer condominiums located in the heart of Bandar Mahkota Cheras. It bears a relatively low density, and is very well built with a contemporary design. It was a highly attractive development during its launch, with the only concerns regarding this development being the heavy traffic in the area and the toll fees getting to the city everyday.
It was commented that this development was very quickly sold out after its launch, and with there being no swimming pool at Suria Residence, the maintenance fees are on the low side. There have however been grouches that the security guards in Suria Residence cannot communicate with the tenants at all, as they are all foreigners. They do not patrol the grounds either, and there have also been comments about stray cats wandering around the condominium grounds.
