didn't reserve any star for this developer. purchaser of V-Residensi 5, selayang having a nightmare after bought their project.
1) Delay Vp without any update/inform( buyer have to keep calling office to ask for update & like a ball keep saying checking &... 更多
giving fake promised)
2)VP condition is not so welcome to house purchaser (like walking into a flat to get a key)
3)VP without Access Card, No Facilities, No Gym Equipment, No Playground, Rusted Staircase at swimming pool. No Shower head at Swimming Pool, No Carpark(ask House Owner Park at open area). Crack everywhere at common area & Many More
3) Unprofessional sale team & Customer service keep giving fake promise to owner & keep asking"DONT KNOW") this is so call customer service & Sale Team!
4)unproffesional security like a Marfia with disheveled look. sitting there playing phone & Feet up like in mamak/house.
5) defect work carry almost a month plus yet begin. reasons was given by office IS NO IN-HOUSE CONTRACTOR.(OMG)!
6)Poor Workmanship for interior & exterior of the premise.
7)No Close up at Corridor it's very dangerous for kids running around.
8)Raining day water flash into corridor like a small pool(Due to Corridor didn't have a proper window.
9)All lift (3LIFT IN TOTAL) break-down most of the time & some resident were being stuck in Lift
10) NO Safety Citification Cert for the LIFT( I didn't know How this can call VP)
11) yet Moving in, all resident had been climb for More than 5 Times to unit by using Staircase(due to all
lift breakdown) Let's imagine for those resident stay at high floor with Small Kids & elder.
12) Notice suspicious person party at carpark area & unit corridor(due to security is not patrol at all
the time)
