Taman Chui Chak is a housing area in the town centre of Chui Chak. In turn, Chui Chak is located in Langkap, which neighbours Tapah and Teluk Intan.

Phase 1 of the development comprises 16 units of 2-storey leasehold semi-detached houses, and was completed in 2010. The subsequent phase offers 1.5-storey semi-detached houses, priced at just under RM200,000 when they were launched.

Phase 2 houses at Taman Chui Chak are designed with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a wide parking area. Standard lots are 2,905 sf in size, while the built-up space is 2,250 sf, sufficient for small and medium-sized families or even individuals, as the additional bedrooms can be converted into study rooms, guest bedrooms or even an exercise space.

The Chui Chak town centre is by no means large, but it has several amenities that will be useful for the residents of Taman Chui Chak. For example, restaurants, a clinic, kuil, temple and SJK (C) Chui Chak. There is also a police station, Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority (FAMA) building and shop lots.

Driving another 6km or about 7 minutes will get you to the larger Langkap town centre, where you’ll find other facilities like petrol stations, SMK Dato’ Sagor, a post office, banks (Maybank and CIMB Bank), eateries and a light industrial area.
