Taman Industri Subang is an industrial hub consisting of single storey factory units. This units here have a minimum built-up of 1,600 sf. Priced from RM700,000 onwards as of mid 2021, this location would be of an advantage for investors looking for a place to set up business in the form of service centres, or even offices.
There are, of course, a lack of facilities within the area, and the majority of its nearby amenities would consist of mostly workshops. However, it is close to a number of townships, and residential areas, which means amenities are generally not too far away. Taman Industri Subang is isolated from the surrounding residential areas, and is linked together with other industrial parks in the area that house large-scale production factories, which can be advantageous for businesses to source for materials.
Other nearby areas include USJ 10, SS15 and Sunway, to name a few. Apart from that, tenants of the industrial park will have hypermarkets such as Giant and Mydin which are nearby to shop for their daily needs. The Summit and Da Men USJ are also nearby.
Additionally, residences such as the nearby Goodyear Courts will be able to contribute extra footfall to the area, where businesses such as service centres and workshops will definitely benefit from this. Sport centres such as EnerZ Indoor Extreme Park and Ferro Futsal will also be able to provide a form of recreation, and it is within walking distance of the industrial area.
Taman Industri Subang can be easily accessed via Persiaran Subang Indah, which connects the various USJ areas, as well as the Subang Jaya township. The stretch of road also leads to the KESAS Highway and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Traffic to the area can be rather congested, due to the factor of Subang being one of the high-population areas within the country.
However, there are public transportation, especially buses, that have routes running through the area. The nearest Light Rail Transit (LRT) Station is the Wawasan station, which is also another source of transportation for those commuting to the industrial hub.
