Taman Pancur Mutiara is a residential neighbourhood comprising townhouses, terraces and bungalow homes in the town of Nibong Tebal, Penang. The homes are mostly occupied, with few units remaining empty.

The terraces and bungalows are all double-storey in height, offering large porches. The terraces also have much more spacious balconies compared to those of the bungalows. These mid-range homes appear spacious with large built-up sizes, ideal for families to settle down. The townhouses on the other hand, are much smaller in size. Though the townhouses are also 2-storeys in height, each unit only occupies a single floor.

Amenities are a walkable distance from Taman Pancur Timur, where sundry shops can be found in the few shop lots nearby. More amenities can be found along Jalan Transkrian, where commercial hubs offer banks, eateries, cafes, mini markets, clinics and more. Schools within the vicinities include SK Methodist, SMJK Krian, SMK Panglima Bukit Gantang and SMK Seri Perak among others.

Accessibility wise, Jalan Transkrian leads to the Jawi toll plaza of the North-South Expressway (NSE), about a 5 minutes’ drive north. From there, the second Penang bridge will be a more or less 20-minutes journey away. Down south of the main road will lead to the town of Parit Buntar.
