There are 2 types of homes at The OceanView, namely the Type A and Type B. The Type A is the slightly snug variant, at 860 sf. Following that is the Type B, which is 880 sf in built-up space. Both types have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is comfortable enough for a small family.

Despite its age, the property remains well-kept, while also gaining a good appreciation in price. Accessibility is highly convenient from The OceanView, where the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway connects to Georgetown, about 10 to 15 minutes away. The highway also leads south to the first Penang bridge, as well as the town of Bayan Lepas, approximately 20 minutes’ drive away. An alternative route to these areas would be Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah which runs parallel to the highway.
