Whilst that would mean the area might be scarce with resources for an amount of time, but in the mean time, tenants are also close to other townships, such as Kota Warisan and Bandar Salak Tinggi, which in turn will be able to provide amenities such as restaurants, mini marts, banks, workshops, convenience stores, and more.

Investors will also be seeing this place as an enticing opportunity, with various natures of businesses to tap into, such as travel and education industries. With the Kuala Lumpur International Airport nearby via train, the units can be converted into a temporary accommodation for travellers. While in terms of investing in the education line, units can be rented out to students who are studying at Xiamen University Malaysia Campus, which is just walking distance from the condominium.

There are two major highways providing easy access to The Olive which are the ELITE Highway and Maju Expressway (MEX). The highways also connect to other townships, which includes Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Sri Petaling, Kuchai Lama and Kuala Lumpur. For those who commute via public transports, they can easily access Kuala Lumpur city centre via the Express Rail Link (ERL), through the Salak Tinggi station.
