Tijani Raja Dewa is one of the latest projects led by Symphony Life Berhad. The development is a mixture of different homes, with 205 residential units that comprise apartment, superlink terrace and semi-detached units. Located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, it is estimated to be completed by May 2018.
The units have built-ups ranging from 933 sf to 3,420 sf. The smaller units are clumped in the apartment building, which is 16 storeys tall, and houses 150 units. The units within the apartment building are separated into 3 layouts, Type A, B and C, priced between RM495,000 to RM749,920. These units come with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type A has a built-up of 933 sf, Type B is sized at 1,084 sf and while Type C is 1,424 sf.
The superlink terrace units, on the other hand, cost from RM1,125,300 to RM1,177,510, and has a built-up of 3,141 sf. There are only 29 units available, and each unit comes with 4 bedrooms, 1 extra room, 5 bathrooms and 1 powder room. The remaining 26 units are the semi-detached units, in which each unit has a built-up of 3,420 sf, and is priced at RM1,824,880 to RM2,050,570.
There are also clubhouse facilities for tenants of Tijani Raja Dewa to enjoy, and the main focus is on producing a natural ambience in the area. Landed units are greeted with a deck connected to them, while there are elevated linear gardens in the middle of the development. There is a fitness studio within the clubhouse, which also houses gym equipments for tenants to work out in the comfort and convenience of their own neighbourhood. A swimming pool is also included for recreational activities. For children, there is also a playground within the residence for them to enjoy. A barbecue area and a multi-purpose hall is also part of the facilities list, which can be used for social gatherings and events.
Located within Kota Bharu town, Tijani Raja Dewa is close to a lot of the district’s amenities, and Kelantan’s landmarks, such as Istana Telipot and Kompleks Kota Darul Naim. The town provides some convenience stores, petrol stations, banks, and various state government service offices. Tesco and AEON Mall Kota Bharu are also just a short drive away from the area. Schools that are nearby include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Naim Lilbanat, and Sekolah Rendah Islam Aman.
The development site can be easily accessed via the Jalan Kuala Krai and Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra route, which are the federal routes that branch out to the North-South Highway (NSE).
